Christian Henwood, will be taking a High Intensity Interval Training, straight after his 6pm Yoga.
For those new to HIIT, it will be 30 minutes of all over body workout, designed for all levels wanting to develop strength and fitness. It will involve bursts of intense body weight exercises carefully blended together to help unlock fat burning, metabolism boosting, heart pounding benefits of High Intensity Interval Training.
